Cancellation or Refund

The Good(s) is not subjected to cancellation or refund due to their irreversible nature. If the Good(s) have been dispatched to the customer then it will not be possible to cancel the contract or order.

Where the Good(s) are faulty, the Customer must notify the Supplier or Retailer within 7 days of delivery and return the Goods to the supplier within 7 days of notifying the Supplier or Retailer with the receipt, full standard accessories, and the box.

The Good(s) must be in a new form. Supplier or Retailers has the right to reject or do not accept if the Good(s) is not returned in the full form e.g. lack of accessories or parts, damage, wear and tear.

If Good(s) are paid or fully paid without any faulty, request of cancellation shall incur 30% of the total amount and refund shall take 7 workings days based on our refund method. 

P/S: All bank charges will be charged to the Beneficiary for all bank/ telegraphic transmittals.




To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Sewing Machine has been opened upon delivery
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bolehjahit.com and send your item to our retail store or warehouse
